Hello & Good Morning Coffee Addicts!
You’ve been asking about the shops we’ve buddied up with, in response to that, today we’re going to dive into the coffee club to learn more about each shop-starting with the ones who had faith in us since the beginning-Vitality Roasting.

A Little Background
An old friend of mine @Amanda.Pardi (God bless-her & the positivity she brings) was working at Vitality when it was still just a roasting spot on University Ave. I reached out and we set up a time to meet. We ended up meeting at Black Coffee & Waffle Bar in Como a location that uses Vitality’s Beans. I got my iced miel & if I remember correctly she didn’t have anything that day because she was already so caffeinated.
I honestly had no idea what she did with the brand. Besides being head of sales& marketing, she also did things for the website, supply chain, communications, and about 20 other things. There have been tasks that she was given that seemed damn near impossible, despite the fact she always has the discipline to get the job done.
We sat at the bar by the window sharing what our current project were and what we wanted to be. Together we planned, advertised, and hosted our collaboration ever having just over 70 people attend, in other words it was a pretty great first event. In addition to a successful relationship between our brands, a little over a year later our brands are now official business partners.
She is just one of the few amazing people I’ve met with Vitality. They are a female operated business that was established back in 2018. They’ve got their own roaster and roast on site @2161 University Ave W, St Paul, MN 55114.

In Due Time (Grand Opening)
They primarily focused on whole-selling their beans. As time went on, things started taking off and in July of 2021 they opened their brick & mortar in the Minneapolis Skyway at @601 S Marquette Ave Ste 220, Minneapolis, MN 55402. It was a bit tough for me to find the first time around, however it’s actually in a nice corner spot right across from the Skyway from Wells Fargo bank on Marquette!
It’s a cozy little location with local art and amazing hand-crafted coffee. They’re always experimenting to make new specialties and even bought brand new manual machines that give them amazing espresso pulls, grind beans finer, and speed up production so if you’re stopping by during your lunch break you’ll be able to in and out in a jiffy.

Song-our team’s lead content creator is also very close with them. If you know him he loves his Americano’s. He ranks Vitality’s Americano in his top 3 , in other words they make their drinks strong.

Song loves his drinks straight, on my end I really enjoy trying specialty drinks. Similarly to Song I do enjoy a good cup of coffee however I prefer more specialty drinks. Vitality’s seasonal drinks are spot on. In the Spring I had their Bee Sting iced, phenomenal. I stop by every so often. Last Friday I had their Berry Sweat Cream Matcha. From the Americano’s to their specialty drinks, confidently their drinks are delectable all around.

The staff that I’ve worked with are like family. They’re the ones who gave me an opportunity to make a name for my myself and my team. I’m proud to work with them. Above everything else coffee is strong, the staff are top notch, and their unique specialties are all reasons you need to try them out.
Happy Sunday Coffee Addicts, if you ever have a question don’t hesitate to reach out-that’s why I’m here 😛
